Returns and Exchanges
Don't love the item you bought or received? No problem! We will gladly accept returns for a refund in the original form of payment if your return is postmarked within 7 days of being delivered to you. Returned items must have original tags and/or packaging and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Items that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Lily Valley Baby is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit, therefore we recommend you use a shipping service with tracking number capability. Include a copy of your receipt with any return so that it may be quickly processed. Once items are received and processed, a refund will be issued for the amount of merchandise returned.
Items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If an item is damaged when you receive it, please report the damage within 3 days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
